FOUR EDITORIALS

Site Ed. Note: Ah yes, Senator Reynolds has his picture on the page today. The column tells of his many statements in support of his compañeros abroad. Perhaps he regaled them with stories of kissing Harlow to curry favor with them.

The fellow didn't care much for aliens. He wanted to keep them out.

He didn't seem to mind people from another planet though.

Just why he was re-elected in 1938 is anybody's guess. Maybe they liked his feet.

There's Ms. Nell Russell again, praising Lindbergh as usual. Thinks now he's a martyr. Could be. Maybe the poor fellow was already dead. Don't know. Flew the Atlantic in between the wings of spirits. We know of a few who did that long before he did. Maybe they liked his feet, too.

Come to think of it, his middle name was Augustus and the President and Prime Minister were meeting this weekend aboard the Augusta. That's really something, yes.

Bye, bye, says the junk in the yard.

Better go fix that stoplight. Yes.

The first piece uses another Cash phrase. Go figure.
